We have all varieties of turf. The way you want to think about it is the function and usage you are buying for. All of our turf types are designed for specific uses. Our turf is categorized by family.

For example: SYNAugustine was created for landscaping. SYNAgility by contrast is more for indoor and outdoor sport

It depends on where you are located. For most of our customers, a safe way to quote is by the square footage. For the average homeowner, this could be $12-$15/sqft.

Remember that most of the cost is in labor and materials before the turf is applied. Important considerations are grass removal, waste costs, labor costs, additional landscaping costs like retaining walls or plants, the 6 inches of gravel or "roadbase" and the turf itself.

Installation typically happens in 1 -2 days. Once we receive a deposit for the job, we will put you on the schedule and have the job done in 1-2 days. For bigger installs we ask for 3-4 days.

SYNLawn turf is safe for children and pets and has been rigorously tested and certified. Be wary of other turf suppliers because they typically do not have the proper certifications. Our SYNLawn is bio-based and USDA certified.

It is very low-maintenance. That is the primary function of turf. We recommend you do a yearly cleaning with a professional, clean debris and leaves regularly, and put down additional Envirofill yearly.
